Wellness Holidays - Bellapais Gardens Hotel - North Cyprus

Weekly courses offered in Relaxation, Body Cleansing and Natural Living here at the Bellapais Gardens

You will be taken care of by our professional body coaches in a beautiful and caring atmosphere. They will work with you towards harmonizing your body, soul and spirit to rediscover your inner balance. Ancient wisdom and methods of training the body will prevent the development of destructive symptoms, such as stress, insomnia, anxiety...

The Bellapais Body Cleansing Centre, soon to be a SPA, offers you the possibility to relax and purify your body with a large selection of herbal infusions which will be chosen by our Body Cleansing Therapists to suit your individual needs.

One week Body Cleansing Programs are available from 15th January 2009 until March 2009.

The one week program will include:

* Accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis
* Selection of herbal teas
* Long and satisfying walks in the Kyrenia Mountains
* Relaxing Massages
* Yoga Lessons
* Private and individual conversations with our Therapists and Body Cleansing Professionals

Cost for one week per person: £680

Please note that the attendance of the weekly courses is a minimum of five individuals and a maximum of twelve people.

Bird watching
North Cyprus is home to an impressive 347 different species of birds, seven of which are unique to Cyprus. The twice-yearly arrival of migrating birds adds to the unique pleasure of a North Cyprus bird watching holiday, with visiting birds heading northwards during March to May, and heading south between August and October. Visiting birds include swallows, swifts, hoopoe, masked shrike and little ringed plovers.
